If you suffer from certain pathologies (particularly chronic ones) or simply want to keep a health diary for both you and your doctor, I offer you this editable, printable and reusable health tracker diary.

They will allow you, for example, to track your weight, your sleeping time, the amount of water you drink, your eating habits or even your health problems and medicine intake.

Infinitely printable, so you can reuse the same product for many years.

Don't need all the pages? No problem, just select the ones you want when printing.

Don't want to or can't print? Documents can be annotated on tablet and computer.

The edit option gives you the possibility to customize your product and use it to its full potential by adding your own title as well as some legends (it is recommended to open your PDF in Google Chrome or Adobe Reader to edit your product).

No technical skills required, it's very simple, just open the file, click on the blue areas and type your text!

The pack is composed as follows:
